💳 Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

This will be deducted from your total price, and the remaining balance is to be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day of your appointment.

💇‍♀️ Appointment Info

Please note that braiding extensions are not included in the standard service cost.

If you would like us to provide premium extensions for you, we absolutely can at an extra cost!

If you prefer to bring your own extensions, you are more than welcome to, but please ensure they are pre-stretched.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice so your slot can be made available to another client.

Please ensure your new rescheduled date is within one month of the original booking. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited.

⏱️ Lateness Policy

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period if you are running late.

After that, the following fees apply:

• 11–20 minutes late: Attracts an extra fee of £15
• 21–30 minutes late: Attracts an extra fee of £30
• More than 30 minutes late: Your appointment will be automatically cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will not be able to reschedule.

Note: If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, you will need to make a fresh booking and pay a new deposit.

🧼 Hair Preparation Requirements

Before arriving at your appointment, please ensure your hair is:

• Freshly washed

• Properly detangled
• Properly blow-dried
• 100% free of products and oils

If you have short hair or a specific hair type/condition, kindly send us a message to confirm before booking.

✨ Don’t feel like doing the prep work? We can wash, detangle, and blow-dry your hair for you for an extra fee!

📸 Social Media & Content

We love showcasing our beautiful work! We take photos and videos of our clients for promotional and advertising purposes, which includes posting on our social media pages.

If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know before we start.
